A time to realign & make room for more.

November has always been in my opinion a big month.

It's the month before the Christmas and there's something about this time of year that naturally gets us thinking about what's been and what's ahead. But being an 11 month, and in a Universal Year 1 (2 + 0 + 2 + 6 = 10, which reduces to 1), I feel there's even more significance to November this year.

In numerology terms a 1 year is all about new beginnings, fresh starts, independence and stepping into a new cycle. It's about taking the lead in our own lives and being conscious of what we're creating moving forward. The number 11 is also considered a Master Number, carrying a strong connection to intuition, spiritual awareness and our inner knowing.

So when we bring these energies together, I feel November is a really important time to stop, take stock and look at what is happening within our lives. Don’t you agree?

In this time we're being called to see what no longer serves us, revisit our beliefs and practices and really evaluate all those day-to-day things we do.

Are they still serving us?
Do they still feel right?
Are they taking us in the direction we want to go?
Or are we simply continuing with them because that's what we've always done?

The power in doing this reset, especially during this month, is that it can really help set us up on a great trajectory as we move towards 2027.

There have been many people who have experienced struggles this year, some even going through what I would describe as dark nights of the soul. For some life has almost forced a reassessment, whether that's in relationships, career, family dynamics, relocations or even hobbies and interests.

Perhaps there are things you once absolutely loved doing that just don't feel the same anymore. Maybe your priorities have changed, your interests have shifted or you simply don't feel drawn to the same things you did a few years ago.

And that's okay.
We change, we grow and we evolve.
What once felt right for us doesn't necessarily have to remain part of our lives forever.

I do want to say that alignment at this time is really important.

Perhaps take your journal out and spend a little time jotting down what's important to you right now.

What do you desire to bring into your life?
What makes you happy?
What do you want more of?
What are you feeling drawn towards?

Then take a quiet moment and go back over what you've written. Really, really look at it and question everything.

Is this genuinely what I want?
Does this feel right for me?
Am I doing this because it makes me happy or because I feel I should?

This is about helping you realign with where you're at right now and what direction you feel drawn to move in.

We all have within us a higher power, an inner knowing that has a way of guiding us towards what is best for us. But we often get too caught up and busy with everyday life to pay enough attention to it. We don't always give ourselves the time or quiet space to listen.

Sometimes we already know what needs to change. We just haven't stopped long enough to acknowledge it.

I want to remind you to revisit every aspect and facet of your life and take a good look at what doesn't feel in alignment anymore. And really be okay with that. You don't need to hold onto something simply because it's been part of your life for a long time.

Remember:

"What I release makes way for better and more of what I truly love."

Life is short and we're often reminded of this through losing a loved one or someone close to us. We are all temporary here. None of us knows our exit date or the time we'll be called home and while that might sound a little confronting, I think it's an important reminder.

We want to be able to look back on our lives and say we've lived life to its fullest, for us. And for each of us, that is going to look completely different.

So be sure to get that balance right. Make time for fun and enjoyment. Grab the opportunities when they come along. Say who cares to the worry and overthinking every now and then. Give yourself permission to be extra, to do what you feel drawn to do, to buy what it is you really want or even to take a risk.

There's no guarantees in life, but sometimes we spend so much time thinking about what could go wrong that we forget to think about what we might miss out on by not taking the chance.

Here's something I'd really like you to think about.

If you were told tomorrow that you had one month or six months left in this incarnation, would you be doing what you're doing right now? Would you feel fulfilled leaving Earthside with where you're at, how you've been feeling or how you've travelled through life?

I know this might sound a bit morbid, but it's a good reminder that we really, really want to live life on our terms. We want our life to flow and when we get clear on what brings us joy and make that a priority, we create more room for those things to come into our lives.

And it doesn't mean you need to make huge changes overnight. Sometimes it's the little things we do consistently that make the biggest difference.

To break this down on a daily basis, you can spend just five minutes doing something you love. It doesn't have to be big. It could be five minutes reading a book, five minutes out in nature, enjoying a cuppa without distractions or simply sitting quietly and giving yourself a moment to breathe.

Just commit to it daily. Make it something that's yours.

Have your journal handy and write it down. Take note of what makes you happy, what you're grateful for, what you're feeling drawn towards and even what you're ready to let go of. Over time you might start noticing patterns and realising just how much your priorities and desires are shifting.

As we move through November I encourage you to give yourself permission to reassess, release and realign. Don't be afraid to let go of what no longer feels right and don't be afraid to make room for something new.

You deserve a life that feels good to you, not one that simply looks good to everyone else.

As always, I am here as your guide and mentor at any time.

Much love,
Tonia
