Hey everyone,

I can't believe it's been so long since I've sat down and shared a blog with you, for that I do apologise but let's face it this year has been very intense and that is for many of us. For myself we have traversed a move after 20 years of living in the one house that we built and put a lot of energy into.

We said goodbye to this beautiful home and land.

To then start fresh.

The energy felt really right for us to make that move and as much as we loved our beautiful property that we lived at in Sunday Creek we both knew it was time for a change.

We had been looking around for a while and we always said that we wanted to be around Albury, New South Wales. We did search in a few other areas as well and looked at many different places but ultimately Albury was where we were to find our dream home.

For those of you that have seen my shows towards the end of the year I did share this story and for those that didn't I want to share it again.

This is why I do the work I do and why I’m passionate about utilising our team in spirit. We can all do this as well. When we first put our house up for sale I asked spirit to give me a sign on what would be around for our next property. The first sign was the number 11 it was really prevalent and when I connected to Spirit through meditation, they said to me you will sell your house in August, they first showed me my partners birthday (which is around the 10th) and I now realise I was being shown the month as time went on they elaborated with their information.

Now the way that I receive information from my guides and family and friends and spirits is to ask for specifics. The deal I have to make is that I make time to be present to meditate and be open to all the signs that they share. If I didn't honour this I would find that they would not be as specific, because I wasn't honouring their information, something I’ve learnt over the years.

As August got closer I was shown it would be right at the end. The very, very, very end of August so that was fine as we really weren't in a rush and we hadn't found our next property yet. They also showed me that the property would be connected to two number 11s. I was surprised at this as I imagined it would be hard to find a property that had two elevens in the number but I knew better than to argue so I kept that in mind. So it got to Sunday the 31st of August and I didn't hear anything and I did question them and say, “hang on you said this would be the day?” They didn't give me anything when I asked that.

I found it surprising and I now see that they were testing my faith. So, the first of September rolls around on Monday and the real estate agent reaches out and says the purchasers have come up close to our price, to which my team in spirit said there's actually a bit more available so I held close to what we wanted, and this was accepted. So things went ahead. It was the first of September, and what I felt with that was that they made the decision on the Sunday which was the end of August.

So in amongst all of this we had headed off to Queensland mid August. There was a property that we were going to look at before we left, Andrew didn't want to look at it in case our place hadn't sold so we didn't look at this property, but I did say to him I think we need to have a look at it at the time I also noticed that the numbers on this property was Lot 1, 1074 so to me the two ones showed the 11 and I knew that there was at least one eleven connected for our next property so that to me was a great sign.

Anyway, we were in Queensland when our house got put under offer and I spoke to Andrew and said if we don't act on the other property or at least have a look at it there will be others looking as it was a great location. I rang the agent and he said look, we can face time and I can show you the property via video and we were like yeah great let's do that. So he was showing us over the property at Table Top in New South Wales via video.

We absolutely loved it, it ticked all the boxes for both of us on the water, as well as water access and being an old thoroughbred stud it was set up for horses. We had also put on our wishlist to have a smaller house as we would be downsizing and this place had two bedrooms which was just perfect. So as he shows us through both Andrew and I in our minds are going, take our money!!!! hahaha.

They had had the open and they did have a few people through so we knew that if we wanted to secure it we would need to act quickly. We got all of the information on the property and that's when I noticed the address again was a lot 1, 1074. When I looked again at the numbers I realised it was two ones at the beginning then a zero and then when you add seven and four you get 11. I was like no way!

You see, even I still get surprised when I am given accurate information. which is kind of cool. So these signs are what enabled us to put a holding deposit on this property. Yes we had a subject to sale which we had to do for our property but we transferred over money straight away to be first in line.

We didn't hesitate, because we were getting all the signs and taking notice of what my team showed me gave me the clarity around it. We joked with friends in Queensland that we hope it's not like the Temu house that when we see it suddenly it shrinks. But after seeing it online we knew deep down it was the one. We laughed with the real estate agent when we finally got to see it in person and asked him are there many houses sold on face time and he said we do on the odd occasion but not at this price point.

So anyway, we are living in our dream house and it's unraveling beautifully.

We really felt it home quickly and the shift into New South Wales has been one of ease. We're discovering the new bird life around us, the trees, nature and that's a whole other blog.
